The Cliffs sits on exactly what the name promises: elevated limestone with steep drops and sweeping views over the water. That elevation is the draw — and the challenge. Outdoor spaces here have to be engineered for slope and wind exposure, decks and covers need to be anchored for the gusts that come across open water, and almost everything starts with reading where the rock runs.
It's a resort community with golf, and homes here range from full-time residences to weekend places and rentals. That means projects often need to be scheduled around guest seasons and finished clean — a crew that's known in the community gets that right.
