Sportsman's World has some of the most varied lots at PK — waterfront and off-water, flat and sloped, original structures from decades back next to brand-new construction. That variety means the right answer is different on every street: sometimes it's a remodel and exterior refresh of an older place, sometimes it's a new outdoor living space, deck, or driveway on a lot we have to grade first.
Because the community is established, a lot of our work here is upgrading what exists — replacing tired decks, fixing walls that weren't built right the first time, refreshing roofs and windows on homes that have taken twenty years of lake weather.
Plenty of Sportsman's World owners are weekenders. We do video walkthroughs, send photo updates at every stage, and you'll always reach a builder who lives ten minutes away.
